But option 4 seems too good to pass on, because of a huge "high quality" sound library, with SpectraLayers Pro and Sound Forge Pro bundled together. Options 2, 3 and 4 comes with Melodyne Essential (option 1 has ReaPitch, but I haven't tested it yet). I think both can't be run at the same time because REAPER needs the ASIO4All driver for the sound to function properly. REAPER is a bit more difficult to set up, but Studio One Prime has no plugins support. MAGIX Samplitude Pro X3 Suite, currently on sale, but for Windows only, usually around $150/£115 (roughly a little more than S$200), ends on 4th January 2018.Ĭurrently I'm trialing Presonus Studio One Prime and REAPER to see if it can run on old hardware, both of which claim to do (lightweight).
Or just get T6 for free without Melodyne and "easy" piano roll composing tools. But I don't know if anyone want to take up the offer before me. My bargained offer is around S$180-190 which is a little cheaper than the asking price. Normally a new copy is way too expensive, more than Logic Pro.
I only have like up to S$200 (Singapore dollars) or $150 American dollars to spend, although ideally I want to not spend over S$100. If I want to continue making music affordably, then I have several options. So recently my Mac has to be repaired, and now I'm back to Windows.
